Brandon’s Plumbing : Proud Supporter of Moore Area Athletics

By Chris Cox

Since 1989 Brandon’s Plumbing has been serving the Moore community and helping customers around the Oklahoma City metro with their plumbing needs. Brandon Morrison, founder of Brandon’s Plumbing, said he decided to start his business one day while he was digging ditches.

“I was digging ditches with a shovel alongside one of my dearest friends and we decided right then and there we were going to start our own business,” he says. “We are both still running plumbing companies today.”

Brandon’s Plumbing offers a variety of services and can help with basically any plumbing need.

“We do residential and commercial repair/remodel plumbing services,” Morrison says. “We specialize in difficult sewer lines. My team and I have so much experience, I feel like that’s what we are really known for.”

From early on Morrison wanted Brandon’s Plumbing to be involved in the community they serve.

“The community has to know and believe in you locally,” he says. “We like to give back to the families and communities that support our plumbing family. The community is our target customer and family. We like to hire locally and home grow as many plumbers as possible and it begins by being visible to the area students.”

That work and support of local students is crucial to Brandon’s Plumbing.

“We are very supportive of many student-based organizations in the community because we strongly believe in investing in our future,” Morrison says. “Students need to be educated that college isn’t for everyone. You don’t have to get a college degree to have a successful future. Plumbers get to meet new people, see different complex challenges throughout the day and sometimes work outside. Everyday it’s a different situation or environment and some people really enjoy that.”

Morrison and his family are big supporters of Moore High School and Moore Public Schools because they have seen how the school district has positively impacted the lives of the Moore community.

“We believe in Moore Public Schools and their ability to create successful students,” he says. “My wife and I have a son attending Moore High School. The strong values in the community and abilities to overcome tragedies makes this big town seem small. I have lived in Moore all of my life and very proud to be a part of this community.”
